Assassin’s Creed 1 Deserves a remake Posted: 07 Oct 2020 01:31 PM PDT Assassin's Creed 1 seems like a good game, but I wouldnt know because I have a ps4, Ive also watched a few walkthroughs, the game is very glitchy, Ubisoft, can you give us an assassin's creed 1 remastered on ps5 with better graphics, mechanics, and glitch fixes, because I really want to play it when I get my ps5. Watch Dogs Legion Co-Op Makes Me Wish AC Kept It Post-Unity Posted: 07 Oct 2020 07:24 AM PDT After watching footage of the 4 player co-op from Watch Dogs Legion, I really wish Ubisoft hadn't dashed the feature from AC games that came out after Unity. I enjoyed it a lot whenever I got matches because it made me feel like there was a genuine Brotherhood in the game. [link] [comments]
Who misses the assassin recruitment and send off from ACB-AC3? Posted: 07 Oct 2020 11:45 AM PDT I especially miss the fact that you can't level assassins up and send them to dens like in Revelations but I did enjoy the trainees having actual personalities in 3 [link] [comments]
META: This sub should allow memes on certain days. Posted: 07 Oct 2020 10:00 AM PDT This sub kinda has a problem with content. There's a few posts each day that are moderately successful, and get people involved, but there's only a handful of posts made each day, and a large majority of posts have five or six upvotes, then die. In a community of 321,000 (even if not all of us are active), that seems way too low. Memes would offer a chance to spice things up, and let people make more content easily. Obviously we don't want to shut down serious discussions, which is why it should only be one or two days a week. r/StarWarsBattlefront did this well with "Sithpost Saturdays". The AC saga is full of funny moments and meme templates, not to mention all the other possible memes. We should at least consider the possibility, and experiment with it. [link] [comments]

*Spoilers* Was Shay Patrick Cormac in the right for what he did in Rogue? Posted: 08 Oct 2020 12:03 AM PDT As the title suggests, I want to know your thoughts/opinions on whether or not Shay's actions in Rogue were justified or not. [link] [comments]
Posted: 07 Oct 2020 12:59 PM PDT I don´t have twitter so I hope the mods won´t mind this post. Darby's poetic writing is one of many inspirations of course but definitely a major one. Your work with Revelations and Black Flag is nothing short of a masterpiece. I've always been entranced by the art of telling stories, regardless of medium and I remember playing Black Flag as a teen and being engulfed by the cinematic quality of the writing. Not just that but the story, the characters, it all struck a cord within me that inspired me to try my luck with writing as well. So, if you ever read this, thank you, you absolute madman, your words reached a young man and led him to pursue and write better stories. And if I ever reach a fraction of what could be defined or considered as success, know that you contributed to that in some way, despite being on the other side of the world [link] [comments]

Posted: 07 Oct 2020 04:31 PM PDT It was pretty awesome to play as Adewale in the DLC and free slaves and kill slavers. I hated that you have to kill him in Rogue. When he shows up in the beginning I was hoping he was going to stay far away in Trinidad and not show up again... [link] [comments]
I am absolutely in love with the main theme for Valhalla Posted: 07 Oct 2020 05:53 PM PDT I've been a fan of AC for over ten years now, and I don't think I've been this hyped for a new game since Brotherhood came right after the masterpiece that was AC II. Decided to check out the soundtrack on Spotify yesterday and got chills with the main theme. It's beautiful, you should give it a try. Jesper Kyd and Sarah Schachner are the two best composers to have worked on AC, and it makes me happy that they got to create together for this one. Valhalla is coming, and I can't wait to play it! Shame on you if you fought Polyphemus Posted: 07 Oct 2020 10:35 AM PDT So I've been playing all the side quests I missed when I played Odyssey and I just did the mission where you help Barnabas find Leda and I just wanted to shame anyone who chose to fight Polyphemus. If you did, you're a terrible person. [link] [comments]

What does it mean for Ezio to be Mentor, exactly? Posted: 07 Oct 2020 02:00 PM PDT I'm playing through the whole franchise in preparation for Valhalla and I'm on AC Revelations, but I'm confused about Ezio's title. Machiavelli "promoted" Ezio to Mentor during a ceremony in AC Brotherhood. How did Machiavelli have authority to do this? Was he Mentor before that? Also, during Revelations, what authority does Ezio have over the brotherhood residing in Constantinople? Does the Mentor title mean Ezio runs the brotherhood globally, or just his branch in Italy? If he only runs his branch, is Yusuf Mentor in Constantinople? If so, how come Ezio can come in and run all of the assassin dens? The game refers to them as "your dens," but that could just be to make me feel important, not that they actually "belong" to Ezio. [link] [comments]
Posted: 07 Oct 2020 08:25 AM PDT He is kind of badass. Good fanfiction material (lol). Also what is the nationality of those soldiers in the trailer? French? Some comments over Youtube claim they couldn't have been Spanish or British. [link] [comments]
Who’s your best Girl/Man in AC: Odyssey Posted: 07 Oct 2020 11:19 PM PDT And by "Best" I mean, any single person you can get your bang on with, in game. I just met Kyra and decided she's absolutely my Alexios soul mate. Both of them growing up alone, having to survive however they can. I'd love to here everyone's answers and why. Posted: 07 Oct 2020 06:59 PM PDT One of the biggest things I never really understood was the ISU. from the games Ive played (AC4/5/6/7) it seems theyve always mentioned the ISU is some way or another. Ive heard about this character named minerva which apparently shes a part of the ISU, but she appears in the earlier games. I know the ISU are the first civilization people and they have knowledge and technology far beyond our understanding but I really want to get into the ac lore. [link] [comments]

Odyssey is just dumb fun, and honestly that's all I want out if Valhalla. Posted: 07 Oct 2020 09:51 AM PDT Let me preface this: is Odyssey a "good game"? Well, it depends but in the traditional sense I'd probably say no. But all of the things that keep it from being a "good game" make it such stupid fun that I honestly hope Valhalla is just as "bad". It has that tone that I haven't felt since Just Cause 2. I can pick it up, be a demigod, ride a unicorn, and slaughter a fort in my underwear for an hour and a half, and be completely satisfied. The game doesn't take itself seriously, and that's great. Alexios can fall from any height uninjured, teleport behind you, your friend, and your dog in the span of 3 seconds and control arrows with his mind. He can annihilate an entire town in front of a blacksmith, and then go to the blacksmith to upgrade his murder axe... and the dude will. I honestly hope that Valhalla is the same way. It seems at some parts in the story for Odyssey that they tried to take it seriously, but the terrible voice acting and facial animations just makes it hilarious. Here's hoping Valhalla keeps this tone. It seems darker, but it could have that special Ubisoft-fuck-up flair that makes it another gem. [link] [comments]
Does AC Liberation come with season pass Version of AC3? Posted: 07 Oct 2020 12:21 PM PDT Title says some of it! Can somebody confirm this. Does AC liberation come with the same AC3 remaster that came with the Origins Season pass or will I have to go out and buy a the AC3 remaster separately? I'm trying to get all the AC games for PS5 [link] [comments] |
