    NPC awareness Odyssey vs Origins

    Posted: 17 Nov 2019 04:42 PM PST

I played Odyssey and loved it, and I'm just now starting Origins. It feels like the enemies are more perceptive, which is the opposite of what I expected. I remember being quite annoyed that changing difficulty on Odyssey didn't actually make the ridiculously ignorant enemies more aware or capable, just made the stats super unbalanced (going from hard to nightmare). Now in Origins it seems that enemies have higher awareness, better vision above and below them, better tracking, etc. even on hard. Does anyone else think this as well? It seems that Ubisoft got too caught up in making Odyssey the Biggest Game Ever and lost some quality in detail from Origins...

[SPOILERS} Help me understand something about Black Flag

    Posted: 17 Nov 2019 11:23 AM PST

I just finished Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag, I haven't played DLCs yet, I only finished the main story and I have a lot of questions but here's the one that bothers me the most. Why do we not know who's the main character in the modern day life? and why do we not find it out later int eh game either? Is it something that is explained in the later games? I really enjoyed playing the game and I especially liked Edward as a character, his story and his character development but modern day felt really disconnected from previous games' story. Sure, there are some files about Desmond when you hack the computers but the fact that this incognito protagonist which apparently Shawn and Rebecca seem to trust and whom Juno had appeared towards is really confusing and made the game for me feel like a huge cliffhanger.

10 years from now if Ubisoft keeps making assassins creed games...

    Posted: 17 Nov 2019 11:36 PM PST

.... 2019 Hong Kong would be the ultimate historic setting. I know I'd feel a lot of satisfaction to fight as an assassin alongside the protestors.

What's your favorite game for free roam?

    Posted: 17 Nov 2019 05:02 AM PST

After completing the main story every game has a lot to offer in the open world (side missions, hunting ect.) but I just want to hear your opinion on which game is the most enjoyable in terms of completing the game for 100 To me, Origins is always fun to come back to.

So which was your favorite, for me or was and is Assassins creed 2 (the Ezio chronicles).

    Posted: 17 Nov 2019 11:48 AM PST

Let me explain. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy all the others but the Ezio ones were the greatest in my humble opinion. They had the romantic, thrilling, suspense, action and mystery thing going, as well as being genuine and historically accurate. They were a masterpiece of games. So the graphics weren't what they are now, big whoop. They were fun and intriguing.

[SPOILERS] Help me understand something about Haythem

    Posted: 17 Nov 2019 12:01 PM PST

I know this may not be of particular importance but I'm still curious. I just finished Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag and in the postcreddit scenes you can see Edward with Jennifer (already a grownup) and Haythem (as a kid at the time) and that's the only moment where Haythem apperans in the game. So it got me wondering, who's Haythem's mother? As said in the scene right before that one, on Jackdaw where Edward and Jennifer meet, Jennifer says Edward's wife, at the time of playing the game, Caroline, passed away before they met. I know, nothing important but I thought I'd ask anyways.

Please release the soundtracks to Fate of Atlantis and Fields of Elysium DLC's

    Posted: 17 Nov 2019 11:23 AM PST

ACOD has reached End of content and support, all DLC's have been out yet unlike old AC games ACOD not only never got a CGI trailer it also hasn't released the soundtracks for the 2 DLC's like all the previous AC games.

the last 2 source i found was Ubisoft saying they have no plans, WHY? when has an AC game never released all of its tracks? even AC 4 Multiplayer got a OST after community asked for it

    @ UbiCosmos https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthread.php/2078494-Release-of-Fate-of-Atlantis-Soundtrack

I don't believe we have any plans to release a soundtrack specifically including the songs for Atlantis. Your feedback is greatly appreciated! I do agree with you that the soundtrack for the DLC is particularly fantastic.

but on steam they said they will @Ubi-RealDude

    https://steamcommunity.com/app/812140/discussions/0/1675812484346907693/

So I believe that you'll have to wait until Episode 3 is released to get the full Fate of Atlantis OST. But when it comes out you should be able to find it on our UBILOUD Music Youtube Channel.

Hope this helps. Our official channel is here where we usually upload soundtracks. I don't see any of the soundtracks on here for the DLC posted however, but it might be good to keep an eye on: Here https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthread.php/2078494-Release-of-Fate-of-Atlantis-Soundtrack

AC Kingdom- plenty of signs that the next installment will be Vikings

    Posted: 17 Nov 2019 05:50 AM PST

    1. They've done Egyptian mythology, Greek mythology, and now they will move on to the next most prominent mythology in the western world: Norse.

    2. It's the perfect blend of mythology and real history, as AC Origins and AC Odyssey has been. I bet we will play as a friend of Ragnar Lothbrok, and will aid him in his mythological journies based in history.

    3. Having a ship was a big part of Viking raids. It makes sense to continue the awesome mechanics of the ship from Odyssey. Maybe the ships will be able to travel up rivers as the Vikings did as well.

    4. The geography of england, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, and Norway are a perfect map size. Perhaps we will get to go as far as Paris as the Vikings did raid Paris. Vikings made all through the Mediterranean Sea from Spain to Istanbul. Even made it into Russia. Would make a very interesting map!

    5. Bayek had an eagle that; that's an Egyptian mythology symbol for Horus. Kassandra/Alexios had an eagle; Greek mythology symbol for Zeus. My guess is the main character of the next AC if it's Vikings, will have a raven; that's the mythology symbol for Odin.

    Aya and Bayek's Sequel?

    Posted: 17 Nov 2019 04:53 AM PST

I Have just finished The Hidden Ones DLC and i absolutely love it. So i asked myself a question: Why Ubisoft didn't create a sequel of Bayek and Aya( Amunet)?. The character of Bayek is really deep and charismatic, also Aya's character was really really interesting. Maybe in future?

What if Ubisoft told Kotaku to misdirect us about the Viking leak

    Posted: 17 Nov 2019 09:09 AM PST

I know that it'll most likely won't happen but what if instead of Viking, we'll get other game that is a Bayek sequel instead, or even better they release two games. Kotaku is always legit about AC but man, i wish they would lie for once in to make a huge surprise.

Stop calling the new games “Asassins Creed”

    Posted: 17 Nov 2019 09:07 AM PST

Origins and odyssey are so secluded imo origins less so but still in both the only assassiny thing is in a dlc and the next game is Vikings which I can't see being any different I feel like the only thing connecting these new games will be the whole isu shit. Don't get me wrong I love these new games I just don't like that there still called assassins creed cuz there nothing like the og's they should've just came up with a spin-off name for isu shit cuz in odyssey u r an isu( Completely rhetorical Ik that they're still calling the games ac cuz it'll sell better)p.s. I'm fucking hyped for the new ac Vikings game I just binged Vikings the show a month ago and the god of war game🔥🔥
