[Potential Spoilers] Major Character Leaked Reported Dialogues in Assassin's Creed Valhalla

My friend’s finally playing Assassin’s Creed.

    Posted: 03 Aug 2021 05:53 PM PDT

I convinced him to finally play Assassin's Creed and, in exchange, I'll play Kingdom Hearts. He's really gotten into and is even considering playing the rest of the games in the franchise. He started with 2 so I've been listening to colorful such as:

    "Stabby stabby"

"is that a feather... that's not a feather"

    "GOTOSLEEP"

"Of course it's blocked by an invisible fucking barrier"

    "Who is this Altair guy?"

"It was really hard to tell that they banged. I thought they were cuddling on a bail of hay fully clothed."

    etc.

So confused…what am I missing? (AC Vahalla)

    Posted: 03 Aug 2021 04:44 PM PDT

I'm so confused. I finished the Alefred quest by unlocking his study, but I don't see a next quest. The order has been eliminated completely. What am I supposed to do next?

What's a feature that another series does well that you would love to see in a future game?

    Posted: 03 Aug 2021 02:54 PM PDT

Is there any sort of thing you love from another series that you love and you want to see in any future games? Personally I'd like to have some elements of hitman in some of the missions. Thoughts?

    Why i love Assassin's Creed 2

    Posted: 03 Aug 2021 02:41 AM PDT

So about half a year ago i bought AC the ezio collection and i beat assassins creed 2 about 2 and a half months later my first assassins creed game previously only having played a demo version of another assassins creed game and i am going to try to beat assassins creed brotherhood and revelations soon. I feel like AC2 is one of the best games ever made as i have always been a fan of history and especially rome and the Middle Ages but for AC i think that the older games are much better and much more fun than the newer games and i think that they made Assassin's Creed 2 so well and it gave me an awesome feeling playing through the game for the first time. it gave me a feeling i dont really feel as much when playing games, the only games that have given me that feeling have been AC2, dark souls 1, 2, 3 and bloodborne. I havent felt that feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction when playing through any other game and i think that other game developers should try to give that feeling to the players when playing games. I felt as if i was not just playing a game but actually being a part of Ezio's life when playing AC2 and thats what i love about it.

What does the game assassins creed mean for you?

    Posted: 03 Aug 2021 02:58 AM PDT

For me it's a openworld story made of history myth and fantasy I couldn't imagine. Fighting , exploring and creating a brotherhood to protect the world from from destroying from the shadow.

Why do many people I talk with say it should be a singelplayer? I think if they would add a story multiplayer it would be awesome. Even if I got no friends to play with. Meeting new assassins and do all that stuff with someone else would be fun too I think. What do u think?

Is Assassins Creed: Syndicate worth getting for Xbox Series X?

    Posted: 03 Aug 2021 04:41 PM PDT

I've heard it is the one major Assassins Creed game that doesn't work on PS5, but I can't find anything concrete about its state on Series X.

Does anyone know what's it like on that machine? Any Improvements or Downsides?

    Thanks for any help.

How would you rank all the AC games when it comes to having the best story? *Spoilers

    Posted: 03 Aug 2021 11:46 AM PDT

How would you rank the games in terms of overall story (characters, plot, conflict, execution etc.)? Which AC games kept you engaged with the story? Which ones did you find boring? Here's my personal ranking. I'm sure that a lot of people won't agree with my personal rankings but this is just my opinion. I'm just ranking the games based on how much I enjoyed the main story. I'm not going to include AC 1 because I never played the game in full. I only watched the cutscenes but I didn't actually experience the game. I'm curious to see your rankings.

    1. AC 2 - Simply the best. This game was such an incredible journey for Ezio. His speech at the Bonfire of the Vanities sums up how great this game is.
    2. Black Flag - Among all the protagonists, Edward probably has the greatest character arc over a single game. The ending of Black Flag was amazing. Seeing all of his old friends gathered around the table in the end was such a wonderful moment. The part where Edward met Jenny at the docks really touched me. It showed that Edward finally found his true calling in life. That calling was to be a good father to Jenny and (eventually) Haytham.
    3. Origins - This was a wonderful story. I got to witness the birth of the Brotherhood as well as Bayek and Aya's journey. The part in the end where Khemu says "Papo, jump." was just incredible.
    4. Unity - I have a soft spot for love stories. Romance is my favorite genre when it comes to books. I totally bought into Arno and Elise's love story here. I think they were great and the other characters helped make their love story more engaging.
    5. AC III - It was nice to see the American Revolution brought to life. I think the game did an excellent job in mixing several aspects together such as Connor's journey, Haytham's story, and the gray area between Assassins and Templars. In my opinion, Haytham is the best villain/anti-hero in the entire series. He's just an excellent character on all aspects.
    6. Brotherhood - The story was solid. It didn't do anything wrong but it didn't have too much of a "wow factor" for me. Nonetheless, the story is very well written, the characters are excellent, and I was definitely engaged with what was going on in Rome.
    7. Revelations - I absolutely loved the parts that involved flashbacks to Altair's life. These parts contributed so much to AC lore and I was fascinated by them. However, I think that Revelations has one of the worst villains in the entire series. Ahmet was bland and forgettable. Nonetheless, Revelations had Sofia Sartor to balance things out in terms of characters. I loved her as a character and her presence more than made up for the weak villain in the game.
    8. Rogue - The story is just fine. However, the characters were very underdeveloped. The length of the story definitely hurts it. I hardly saw any character development from Shay's closest friends in the Assassin Brotherhood. The only development I saw from them was that they somehow lost their heads and became lunatics when Shay joined the Templars.
    9. Valhalla - There were way too many filler arcs in the story. These filler arcs would always get in the way of the main story (Sigurd's visions and Eivor's relationship with him) and it made me lose track of what was going on. The modern-day story was excellent and so was the "main" story of Valhalla. However, all of the unnecessary arcs just really bogged me down and it just made the story way too long.
    10. Odyssey - This story was pretty messy. There were times where I didn't even know what was going on anymore. None of the characters had any significant development besides Kassandra and Deimos. Aside from this, there were also way too many insignificant plot points that felt like they were just added on in order to give players a more "Greek" experience. Things like the Olympics and Philosophical debates with Socrates were totally irrelevant to the main story itself. I'm not saying these things were boring or frustrating. It's just that they didn't seem to have any effect on the main story.
    11. Syndicate - Oh boy. This was not good. The entire story is basically one long checklist. AC Syndicate can be summed up in one sentence. "Destroy all of Crawford Starrick's businesses and get the Shroud of Eden." That's basically the story right there. The side characters are forgettable and Starrick is definitely one of the worst villains in the entire series along with Ahmet from Revelations. Starrick was bland, had zero charisma, and barely had any screen time. He was just sitting in his office for the entire game until the very last mission. His lack of involvement definitely hurt the story because it made me feel like I was playing a game without a main villain.

    The Assassins and the Huns?

    Posted: 03 Aug 2021 01:38 PM PDT

So you guys. I have a question for you. Could you imagine an AC game, but with the Huns in the middle?

Like our assassin would be among the Huns who are looting whole and burning it down to the ground, or the one who kills Attila the leader if Huns with poisoned wine etc?

And therenwouod be no ships but instead horses like a lot.

Does Assassin's Creed Infinite mean we won't see it until the late 2020s?

    Posted: 03 Aug 2021 03:10 AM PDT

The devs of the game said it was in early development..... I just always wanted a conclusion to the AC story that I love so much but the keep dragging it on and on. I love all AC games and the writers at Ubi are really good but this Infinite thing makes me worry.

I have been playing with duel wield swords in Valhalla and its so good!

    Posted: 03 Aug 2021 01:16 AM PDT

Like the title, it feels so much better then any other weapon or weapon combo, the executions, the looks, the speed and ferociousness of it, especially when you hold Q, it just feels so good, I have no idea why it was never put into the game at launch, it makes every other weapon combo feel out of place.

Mega Freak Out In AC Odyssey, and help.

    Posted: 03 Aug 2021 11:23 AM PDT

I skipped AC odyssey when it came out and never got around to playing it but I just got a copy a while ago.

But I just completed the part where Perikles bites the dust and it revealed to me Aspisia is the ghost of kosmos and it says I beat her. It seems out of place, is this suppose to happen.

I think the new assassin's creed are not the same and kinda bad

    Posted: 03 Aug 2021 08:43 PM PDT

Like, since Origins, it just wasnt the same anymore. We kinda lost the styled fights and some of the mecanics that made assassin's creed so legendary. I bought Valalha (ik i wrote it bad) a year ago and i didnt play much (1h) because i taught i just ougrew the game. Recently, i've been replaying black flag and im realising its not only me, the game changed too much from what it was. Am i the only one that noticed that?

“Ezio must have come here way after the attack, but why?” Did we ever find the answer to this?

    Posted: 02 Aug 2021 11:27 PM PDT

Replaying through the Ezio trilogy and at the start of Brotherhood, Desmond sees a vision of an older Ezio and says the above quote. I don't remember seeing or reading anything about Ezio coming back to Monteriggioni ever, so I'm wondering if the story of that is in the books or comics or something.

Reda - theory (SPOILERS from ACV)

    Posted: 03 Aug 2021 01:45 AM PDT

At first I was surprised how it was possible to meet someone who lived ~800 years and knew Bayek.

But then I got to know the plot of ACV and the anomalies and asked myself:

What if Reda is a Sage like the rest of the Asgardians?

    • Maybe Eivor and Sigurd didn't remember their previous lives, but the Sage from AC4BF or Freya remembered who they were in the past, which could indicate why Reda remembers events from ACOr.

    • It is true that we do not meet Reda in Eivor's dreams, nor does he appear in the video of the completed anomalies, but it could have been Isu from another region of the world who found his way to transcendence.

The old gen and the new gen.

    Posted: 03 Aug 2021 03:46 AM PDT

I see a lot of the community say that the new games of Assassins creed is bad. Sure it may be to the people who followed the franchise since it came out. The newer games may not give the same feeling as the old games. It is the newer gen, a New Creed a new Theme. It's like this with a bunch of different types of entertainment, involving movies, idols, animation and series. Vikings and the Greek themes were very interesting and exciting, I was very excited to be able to play. I very much liked it and enjoyed it, however a lot of the community does not feel the same. The newer Assassins creed games may not feel the same as the old. That is what it'll be like now, present time, newer ideas newer stories. A new gen will be made in this franchise and we can applaud Ubisoft for making more assassins creed games then ending the franchise before the new games. (Sorry if I have horrible grammar or anything has made it hard to understand, english isn't my first language.)
