Questions about Unity for a normal xbox one

    Posted: 22 Sep 2020 09:05 PM PDT

Hey guys, I want to get unity. I loved the graphics and stealth of syndicate, but boy were the characters bland, fighting wasn't fun (but the stealth was), and the parkour/ free running didn't look/feel cool (plus the zipline mitigating a bunch of that). But my main problem with syndicate was that I didn't feel like an assassin. I felt like I was just a wacko running around london with no connections to the great history of the brotherhood. I have played revelations, and I like the combat more, but the lack of stealth isn't fun and the parkour is ok. Ever since I saw unity I fell in love. The free running looks awesome, it seems to have good stealth, it seems to be pretty deep, and I've heard that some people think that it had the best combat. but people saying that it was the worst AC kept me from it. Is it really a bug-ridden mess? Is Arno that bad? Is multiplayer that broken? Or was it because people were getting sick of the AC formula and forgot all the good stuff while focusing on the negative. I've done some research but there seems to be so much conflict. What are your opinions?

Is there any particular reason why AC1 hasn’t been remade or remastered yet?

    Posted: 22 Sep 2020 02:30 PM PDT

It seems odd to me. I jumped into the franchise around the time of AC3, and I've tried numerous times to go back and play AC1 unsuccessfully. I feel like it could really benefit from some more color depth, better voice acting, less repetitive information gathering for assassinations.

Has there been any particular reason that Ubi hasn't gone back and touched AC1? I feel like it would be a great time to revitalize it and reintroduce it to newer AC fans!

About Valhalla's story and the lore it deals with

    Posted: 22 Sep 2020 11:01 AM PDT

About Valhalla's story and the lore it deals with

Valhalla is said to be a closing chapter of sorts. But entering it, a few questions remain unanswered for now. Who is Eve's descendant? Why do the Solar Flares keep happening? Why can we choose Eivor's gender, choices, and how does it fit in the lore? Why is there a temple in Scandenavia?

I attempt to give my own take to all of this, if I were to write it. Some of the following concepts and plots are just fanmade, while others are theories on some of the unanswered questions of AC.

    https://preview.redd.it/k1tl5hr05qo51.jpg?width=1400&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=501df91fcd7db54e7889de2990086620cd84c02c

WHAT IS EIVOR'S ROLE?: Eivor's significance in the lore would be about finding about the new modern day protagonist's goal, the storm it would cause in him knowing he is essentially living in the past and being watched by someone.

He'd also have to face the fact that the mythology he was raised upon believing was nothing more than a human construct. The creed would replace this.

Knowing aside from his Viking duties, he needs to find Eve's memory seals, much like Ezio did with Altair, in order for the new protagonist to view them, and know the location of the temple needed to stop the solar flare.

His character arc goes from Viking concerned with his people, to Hidden One concerned with all people, to a mentor concerned with the ethereal nature of reality, with helping future assassins in the present day.

    https://preview.redd.it/u0epgndq5qo51.jpg?width=1898&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=35b8a1f85b0fae5c998ce2bab2330d73d4e76efb

THE DEMISE OF EIVOR: While the first two journeys lead him towards a path of elevation, the third would leave him alone and doom the few that would aid him in pursuit of a goal to help people hundreds of years in the future to assure their quest to end the solar flare cycle, which they would with his help, finding the scandenavian temple, teased in AC2, containing a powerful device as I will tell you

This is Eivor's tragic story. Eivor would be aware of all this mid-term and, knowing the future is in risk, this would cause a storm in him.

If he/she didn´do nothing, he would be essentially condemning the modern day people to destruction. He had to act. For future generations, despite the opposition of his Viking friends and even assassins...

All while facing a political battle vs the Order of Ancients. This would cause significant friction as Eivor knew of the importance of both goals, political and Isu related, knowing he'd have to choose sometimes his priorities.

The Hidden Ones and the Vikings certainly didn´t agree frequently, with him or them..

    https://preview.redd.it/uts5ic636qo51.jpg?width=1905&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=114d4ba62b191fdde4c29f10b9ee80e03abd1f28

BUT WHY WOULD EIVOR CARE ABOUT SOMETHING CONCERNING FUTURE GENERATIONS?

That's the point. It would be a journey first of elevation, Eivor becoming a better man, joining the assasins.

As he knows about the future solar flare and the new protagonist, he develops a sort of like teacher relationship with her, knowing she is watching him, despite being separated by hundreds of years.

He would decide to help her, by doing what he needs to do. Finding Eve's other memory seals and the location of the Temple where it sits a device that could stop the solar flares once and for all..

Eivor finding the Temple. He needed all of Eve's memory seals to open it.

But few would aid Eivor in this fight as they deemed this struggle an unecessary one. Why sacrifice so many to die for a goal of future people? This is Eivor's demise.

Choosing to help modern day assassins and that causing so many of his friends dying in a war he started, along with the revelations of the fight against the English kingdoms (read more in the Alfred part to understand this and how it would fit this theme of Eivor losing everything he cared for).

It's a bit of a metaphor to how short sighted humans are, and how Eivor would contradict this facet of human nature.

The viking brotherhood of hidden ones

BUT WHY ARE THERE CHOICES? AND GENDER CHOICE? HOW TO FIT THAT IN LORE?: Obviousl I'd prefer a linear story with a defined set character. But Ubisoft's mandate is choices so how would I explain that in a way that's reasonable and satisfying, within the limitations of the lore?

To explain this, I must first explain a character that would play a villain role in Valhalla: The Mad One, he who shall not be named, referenced in Odyssey's dlc. Teased as a potential new villain. An Isu?

THE MAD ONE: Not much is known about him. Just that fellow Isu fear him, not even uttering his name. Perfect! Allows for characterization. So, here's the thing, right. We know the AC universe is a sim

    https://preview.redd.it/flqzbs867qo51.jpg?width=2289&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9ea0703a4fefdfdfb4c90486fdcb151994665ea3

That simulation peridocally suffers a great cataclysm known as the Solar Flare. It wiped the Isu. It almost wiped 2012's modern day, stopped by Desmond. Why does it keep happening?

Layla knows of another one coming, the biggest of all. Now, I think a new solar flare plot is at first lazy and it devalues Desmond's sacrifice. But it is the current plot, so let's try and salvage it..

I like sympathetic villains. I also like ethereal ones, with universal goals... Now, I've talked a bit in this subreddit about the following concept but I think it fits the Mad One and Valhalla like a glove.

    https://preview.redd.it/wcs8zm9xjqo51.jpg?width=1915&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=44daeb85b8e858c086e72dc67654a3956819b374

The Mad one is an ancient Isu scientist who understood reality to be a simulation. Built with a specific code, he realized that suffering, natural and man/isu made was a characteristic of the simulation, a feature...built by the Makers. Creators of our simulation.

This knowledge made him mad. The idea that free will could be an illusion. Knowing he had no time to further research and create a device that could fix this before the Isu solar flare, he uploaded his consciousness into the Grey, having tricked the simulation, trying to return and resume his work again

    https://preview.redd.it/xqnk9kow7qo51.png?width=1920&format=png&auto=webp&s=7b3a8cc2d8c0e381110d269854924e23a1959714

To alter reality. Rid it of suffering. To exit the sim...and to destroy the Makers, believing them to be unjust creators.

Each time he was close to returning, the one Isu capable of facing the Makers, of knowing the truth, the full truth.. they would activate a Solar Flare.

This is why it keeps happening. When the Mad one is close to exiting the grey, and returning to his initial, ancient goal, of killing the Makers for condemning the Isu and humanity to a sort of prison.

The Makers would literally destroy the entire world, resetting reality, to keep him from facing them. They know he found the flaw of the simulation.

The code necessary to exit the sim and destroy them. In that device, waiting to be activated in the Norweggian temple, where he worked on it, incapable of activating it before the initial solar flare.

    https://preview.redd.it/auu623h2dqo51.png?width=867&format=png&auto=webp&s=29966a2e26915d2cf7e691cddba2d1f2567f989b

But this is a risky plan. And while he too intends to stop the solar flare, the assassins had to stop him from achieving his further goals..

    https://preview.redd.it/yo4rtliucqo51.jpg?width=877&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=4231049fbb8ef23b4b5d0718d6920d113802de77

This, the assassins had to stop. If the Makers were that powerful that even the Isu bowed to them, what could happen if they allowed the Mad one to defy that ?

THE EXISTENCE OF CHOICES AND GENDER: While the mad one too seeks to stop the solar flares, he has that ultimate risky goal. Knowing the Assassins would try and stop him from achieving that, he, being in the Grey, would hack and interfere with the new protagonist animus, messing with it.

The new protagonist could not, despite being a descendant, access Eivor's complete linear memories and gender, having to fill in the gaps by making choices.

Data package retrieval that testers claimed was in Valhalla would be the modern protagonist entering the simulation to stabilize it from the Mad One's virus.

Sometimes, the Mad One would also attack the simulation via Trials of the Gods, appearing as Norse Gods to desynchronize the modern day protagonist.

    https://preview.redd.it/wzkd423b8qo51.jpg?width=1280&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9e72a98498df629af5c33a0cb7aa25f592903981

THE MAKERS: Unlike the Isu, their portrayal would be rather lovecraftian, with hints of their true nature being revealed throghout the game.

Think of Reapers in Mass Effect, uncovering their secrets. Not talking of appearance tho. You'd get a quick glimpse at one, when Eivor enters the Underworld, a virtual construct, a place where reality is more malleable and he'd see one of the Makers.

A short glimpse of the Makers would be seen. Those outside the simulation.

ALFRED - THE HISTORICAL VILLAIN: Initially he'd be portrayed as the villain, eventually to be revealed as just a puppet of the Order of Ancients and eventually being convinced by Eivor to fight the Order with the assassins. But there is more to him.

A temporary truce. Foes becoming friends. Norsemen assassins and English Knights fighting against the corrupt Order of Ancients.

But Alfred is a cunning man too, as it would be revealed in the end, in a shocking plot twist, that he knew about all of this, about the Order of Ancients influence and he was the master manipulator.

Having accepted Eivor's help but as a part of his genius plan to take down the opposing elements in the Order.

The historical narraitve concluding with Alfred becoming the Order of Ancients ruler and Eivor blaming himself in helping him before. Alfred starting the foundations of the future Templar Order. His dream.

\"You don´t take over the world with needless displays of brutality... Vikings...ugh. Real control is precise, deterministic. I will take over the Order and fulfill Caesar's true goals. Not their bastardized version some choose to follow...

That said, Alfred would not have the ultimate generic bad guys plan, as his intentions were noble. To take control of the Order of Ancients and reform it, for a better world.

THE NEW MODERN DAY PROTAGONIST: I'm naming her Sara, but she is not connected to my previous fanmade lore. It's just to cast her.

    https://preview.redd.it/4u115rtkaqo51.jpg?width=1280&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=718f5ee1e5a271dc923206fedc3c6a421b804f13

Sara would be characterized in a complete opposite way of Layla. Wise. Empathetic. Philosophical. She understands the weight of being an assassin, belonging to an ancient brotherhood and understand the seriousness of the task. By the start of the game she is already skilled due to having high Isu DNA.

    https://preview.redd.it/urk5srb3bqo51.jpg?width=586&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=fa544c32653b1e2f4188fe9225e278f3c1a0594c

The modern day here would not be tonally inconsistent like other games, as we'd have the same dark tone of the historical narrative as well here.

Being a descendant of Eivor also increases the emotional connection, already present by Eivor being aware of her, in the game, as just recovering DNA isn´t the same thing.

Eve's descendant: Subject 16 told Desmond to find her, the descendant of Eve but Ubisoft never went anywhere with that.

Here, Sara would discover she is Eve's descendant as well through Eivor's memories. And via Eve, revealed to be a disciple of Mad one but abandoning him due to his plans...

    https://preview.redd.it/t0cc1rebbqo51.jpg?width=264&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e85af17c20338dc979e2240cc125a3f5279d6a88

This is important because it allows for less negative bleeding effect. If she is introduced as a vigilante or assassin and Eve's descendant, this explains why she is ready to do active missions instead of reading emails. Missions should be like AC3, reusing building assets from the historical sim, too.

    https://preview.redd.it/i9ia7i5ebqo51.jpg?width=340&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=db81d453964892036dd4a442a0bf44116bb170a0

MODERN DAY MINI OPEN WORLD: Since the game has a lot of rural areas, there is no argument against having an Assassin base in rural Norway, reusing assets like Layla's cave in Origins but bigger

Abstergo settlements could be placed near it, if you wanted to have that gameplay loop of the past and something to do besides missions, taking down guards and just exploring.

    Modern Day Assassin HQ

LAYLA - NOW A VILLAIN: After being totally deranged in Odyssey due to the bleeding effect, here it would be revealed that she is being controlled by The Mad one since Odyssey to fulfill his goals but she isn´t aware of this. She would face Sara in missions much like Cross faced Miles in AC3.

Her arc would be one of redemption as she fulfills her prophecy nonetheless, sacrificing herself and redeeming her actions in the Temple.

    Hunting Layla

A NEW MODERN DAY TEMPLAR VILLAIN: Otso Berg is uh...not well now, so we need a new modern day templar villain for they too seek the temple, wanting its power but unaware of the larger problems.

Leading the factions you could tak out in settlements in the mini open world would be NumbsKull, the silent protagonist of AC4 and Rogue who joined the Templars in the end of that game.

I know he was supposed to be us but here he's retconned to being an actual person, cured of a voice problem by Abstergo and promising them his loyalty.

The agents present in these settlements would only have bows. Because Valhalla's historical experience doesn´t have guns. I'm calling them Animi Team, skilled archers.

Sara vs Numbskull, tying this saga to the Initiates/Abstergo one

This would be explained via the fact that these agents you fight against in missions and in the mini open world were highly trained agents that reviewed the lives of brutal templars, becoming skilled archers themselves.

It's not a perfect answer but I think it's satisfying and makes more sense than no answer at all or, worse, swords in modern day.. Sara would become a proficient archer due to the bleeding effect.

And this is how Valhalla would end. Setting a new age of ACs, in which we'd have to investigate who the Makers are and why they built a simulation with such suffering and constant flares.. https://observatoriodegames.uol.com.br/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/Assassins-Creed-Eivor-Valhalla.jpg

The Lost City of Barara and the Ethiopian-Adal War - Mildly Obscure Setting Discussions

    Posted: 22 Sep 2020 09:00 AM PDT

A common trait Assassin's Creed groups have is the constant theorizing about future settings, because historical tourism is one of the best parts of the series. Many fans want pretty cliche settings such as the American Civil War and Wild West, World War 2, Ancient Rome, and Feudal Japan. Most of these popular settings will be discussed in my series on commonly suggested settings. The common thread between all settings in this series of posts is that they have not appeared on a Ubisoft poll or survey that can be easily found (China, Japan, Rome), they are not overly requested settings by the fanbase (see wild west and world war 2), and they all are relatively known enough to be marketable to a broad base. In each of these posts, I'll be discussing map areas, cities, architecture, culture, wars, historical events, historical characters, broad conjecture on how AC could work with this, and any existing lore in this area.

As strange as it may sound, early 16th century the Horn of Africa is an amazing setting for Assassin's Creed. Now, I think I scared a bunch of people because when they hear Ethiopia or Somalia, they think about small huts and dusty deserts like this. I want you to clear that from your mind completely, because early 16th century Ethiopia (also known as Abyssinia), was very different! The vast majority of Ethiopia is lush mountains and plateaus like this. At this point, the majority of northern and western Ethiopia belonged to the Christian Abyssinians while part of the Northern Ethiopia and Eritrea belonged to the Christian Kingdom, Medri Bahri. This area was a little drier and arider but had the added bonus of easy ports. Despite the limitations on ports, Abyssinia was a hotspot for trade and European tourism. In Southern Ethiopia is where small villages were seen, as this was land controlled by the Oromo tribes, who were unable to take any land due to the power of the surrounding kingdoms. In the 14th century, Fra Mauro detailed Ethiopian lands showing them to be vast (please note his map is "upside-down". To the East is where the Adal Sultanate controlled in what is now Ethiopia, Djibouti, and Somalia. To the east of this were the Arujan and Mogadishu Sultanates that controlled the majority of Somalia's Coastline, and had strong alliances with the Adals. The northern part of Somalia is far arider and desert, while the south is more of a savannah, home to many animals including Giraffes and crocodiles. These cities were not just huts either, but appear to have been small metropolises and had massive castles. The map from Fra Mauro shows large walls and imposing towers, multi-colored, and hidden in large valleys or standing atop mountains. The majority of buildings from this time are erased from history, but some ruins remain showing the beginnings of what may have been a once-thriving city combining Roman and Islamic architectural styles while also having several underground churches and compounds (perhaps we could see another version of Cappadocia from revelations. At the center of Ethiopia, near the modern capital of Addis Ababa, is the lost capital of Ethiopia, Barara, and likely home to an Isu Vault.

Dawit II, an alleged descendant of Solomon the Wise, ruled Abyssinia from 1507 at the age of 11 with his mother Eleni as his regent until 1516, during which time she requested aid from the Portuguese to secure the eastern border which was under threat from the Adal Sultanate, receiving aid from the Ottomans. The Portuguese were actively competing with the Ottomans and involved in several conflicts, so did not come immediately. Muhammad ibn Azhar ad-Din, the Sultan of Adal attempted to keep the peace, which was quickly broken by his Emir and Governor of Zeila, Mahfuz. Dawit returned by attacking Zeila with Portuguese in 1517 and killing Mahfuz. Abu Bakr ibn Muhammad of the Adal Sultanate used this time to found the city of Harar in 1520 and use it as a staging ground to launch counter-offensives. Gaban Abun ibn Adash used this time to kill ad-Din and seize control for himself, despite only being related through marriage. In 1525, Abu Bakr battled and killed ibn Adash, taking control for himself, though only a year later was battled and killed by Imam Ahmad ibn Ibrahim al-Ghazi who placed his brother Umar Din as Sultan as he became General. The Portuguese had arrived in Barara in 1523, and seeing the in-fighting from the Adal Sultanate, believed the border was secure. They withdrew from Ethiopia in 1529, at which point, al-Ghazi began his invasion of the Abyssinian Empire.

The Battle of Shimbra Kure is the first known battle of the war, and it was fought near modern Addis Ababa likely where Barara was. Al-Ghazi likely used matchlock-men compared to the swords, bows, and spears of the Ethiopian Army. The Somalis decimated the several thousand strong cavalry with just 200 men. The next battle was 2 years later quite a bit North, and it would make sense that Dawit, having lost Barara, retreated and began using Gondar as their new capital. Al-Ghazi would then spend years here trying to find the hidden Isu site. During this, his wife gave birth and encouraged him to wage a Jihad against the Christian Abbysinians, who now allied with the Medri Bahri in the North. Al-Ghazi then swiftly won at the Battle of Antukyah and Battle of Amba Sel now completely controlling the southern Abyssinian. And then we have another massive lull in battles for nearly 10 years following the failure to take the imperial compound of Amba Geshen.

During those 10 years, the Arujan/ Mogadishu Sultanate entered open conflict with the Portuguese, and they and the Ottomans were large supporters of the Adals and Al-Ghazi. I believe, despite the lack of recordings, that Al-Ghazi may have taken control of Barara and used it as staging to continue small scale raids across Ethiopia while securely sending aid to the Arujans. João de Sepúlveda and Tristão da Cunha would sack Barawa (a different city from Barara) and then lead an attack against Mogadishu due to it being the richest city in Africa at that time. Al-Ghazi was known to be taking silver, gold, and other treasures out of Ethiopia, perhaps João was trying to recover an artifact sent to Mogadishu? During this time, Arujans began counter-offensives in Kenya as well, trying to drive Portuguese out of Mombasa, Pate, and Kilwa. Mombasa was a large city and it too holds an Isu Vault. The Battle of Benadir in 1542 eventually allows a temporary truce between the Portuguese and Arujan.

At some point during the war in Ethiopia though, it's believed that Al-Ghazi razed the city of Barara, completely destroying it. Menas, the son of Dawit was captured in 1539, held as a hostage for several years in Yemen. In 1540 the attacks hastened with the monastery of Debre Libanos burned and Amba Geshen taken and looted with all prisoners executed. Dawit II had again reached out to the Portuguese for assistance but died in 1540 before they arrived. Gelawdewos, his second son, became Emperor and welcomed Cristóvão da Gama, son of Vasco da Gama as a military leader. Cristóvão would lead the Ethiopians and Portuguese to victory in a series of battles pushing the invading Muslim forces from the Red Sea's coast south as they retreated, trying seemingly trying to reach Goddar. Eventually, in 1542, Cristóvão's winning streak came to an end at the Battle of Wofla. During the retreat, he was struck in the arm by a bullet, and during the night while hiding, was hunted down by Imam Ahmed's men, where he brought before the Imam. Cristóvão was tortured for information all night before being executed. I can definitely see this being a mission in the game to rescue Cristóvão and arriving just too late, and then failing to kill Imam Ahmed. A few months later, Emperor Gelawdewos led the Battle of Wayna Daga, not far from Goddar. During that battle in 1543, allegedly a lone Portuguese Rifle-man charged through the Somali lines and shot Al-Ghazi. With their leader dead, all the Somalis immediately fled the battle. That is honestly like straight Assassin's Creed. I can definitely see Al-Ghazi controlling an apple, and as soon he's dead the illusion is broken. During this after-math, Al-Ghazi's son is captured and ransomed back to the Somalis

In the years following, Nur ibn Mujahid married Al-Ghazi's widow, who encouraged a second Jihad. Nur had become Emir of Harrar and worked to assist its rebuilding and aiding Mogadishu and the Arujans in Somalia. In 1550, he began a second invasion into Ethiopia. In 1557 the Ottomans took control of the port of Massawa, blocking the import of firearms from the Portuguese to Ethiopians and cutting off a major port of the Abbysinians. At this time the Oromo had begun raiding throughout the Horn as well, using the weakened state of the Abbysinians, Adals, and Arujans to begin to take control. In 1559, Gelawdewos is killed in battle by Nur, who continues his battles in Ethiopia for several more years. Menas became the next Emperor, but after subduing a rebellion against him with ottoman support, died of a fever in 1563. By now the Medhi Bahri turned against the Ethiopians, likely in part due to the Oromo invasions. Sarsa Dengel, the son of Menas, became the next Emperor and continued to fight the Ottomans, Medhi Bahri, and Nur's forces while fending off the Oromo. The multi-sided war had weakened everyone, though, and in the middle of battle, Nur ibn Mujahid exclaimed "Kaffa!" or "Enough" and ended the war and marched back to Harrar. He died there a few months later due to a plague and famine ravaging the city in the wake of multiple Oromo invasions. The Oromo would come to conquer the Solomon Dynasty, and in time, their greatness was all but forgotten.

Is there a name or nickname for the northern area of Greece in Odyssey?

    Posted: 22 Sep 2020 12:48 PM PDT

I've heard fall lands and autumn lands from a bunch of different people in the community, so is there a nickname or something for Phocis, Malis, Macedonia, Abantis Islands, Hephaestus Islands, and Petrified Islands?

    Posted: 22 Sep 2020 12:17 PM PDT

So for the finisher moves and stuff is it gonna be like the last 2 games where it's only on the last person or will it be more like the other ones where it can happen like mid combat?

Run Boy Run [Assassin's Creed series CGI GMV]

What would you like to see as post-launch content?

    Posted: 22 Sep 2020 07:19 AM PDT

What are you expecting for the post-launch conent of Valhalla?

Daily and weekly quests like Odyssey?

Special bosses or raids to complete?

I would expect new assaults/raids as "community events", similar to what they did in Origins with the Gods.

The new games are actually really fun.

    Posted: 22 Sep 2020 12:28 AM PDT

I don't know if it's only me or anyone else but, I really liked the new games, maybe its because I started getting into assassins creed at the time of them coming out but still, I love the voice acting, it makes you feel like you are actually there, and the game is happening at ancient times, like it should. I loved the game play/quests because it made you feel like an actual MedJay/Mercenary. I admit sometimes the story can feel rushed but I rarely felt that while playing, I understand how people get pissed because they aren't actual assassins and I half agree half disagree, for Origins at the end it shows the start of the Hidden ones (assassins later on) and 'Amunet' while in odyssey the cult of Cosmos acts as the templars, you get missions and you have to assassinate them, just like in any other assassins creed games. But I also agree that maybe they put on the Assassins creed title for money (as expected, its Ubisoft) but as standalone, They are actually really good games.

In the future, do you think Assassin's Creed will return to its original form?

    Posted: 22 Sep 2020 04:20 AM PDT

Most comment I see on AC Valhalla trailer are talking about how people miss the 'old' AC games. I'm not talking about dozens, but hundreds. Do you think Ubisoft will consider this demand?

Bonus: what setting do you want to see on the next AC game? Personally, I like 15th century Transylvania.

PS: there's no poll feature on this sub so this is the best I can do.

XBox Series X Version of Valhalla

    Posted: 22 Sep 2020 12:19 AM PDT

I can't seem to find the answer to my question anywhere, so hoping you guys might have the answer. I am going to be getting the Series X, and also want to get Valhalla too. I am wondering, will there be an Xbox Series X physical edition of Valhalla, or will the XBox One edition just be compatible with Series X? All the answers I have read is that XBox One Valhalla edition will work on Series X. But, I haven't read anywhere whether or not there will be an actual Series X version of the game.
